  1. Hi, Mike. I finally took the time to get to know you a little better by reading some of your posts. Thank you for your open and honest look at yourself and the world. But where the heck is your recipe for carbonara sauce?


  2. Hi Mike. Like your filbert recipe. Perhaps you can soon use hazelnuts grown in Minnesota. When you do, you’ll find that you’ll not need to take off the “husks,” as you call them. The skin, or pelicle, of Midwest hazels is not bitter.
